Protection of personal data

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act n°78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended, and the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter "RGPD") n° 2016/679/EU of 27 April 2016, SAFENGY, as the data controller, guarantees respect for the privacy of the Users of the Site.

The User, a natural person, is informed that the information he or she communicates through the Site on the basis of either pre-contractual measures or the execution of a contract, or the legitimate interest pursued by SAFENGY in order to be able to respond to his or her requests, is intended for the authorised departments of SAFENGY for the purposes of managing customer relations and prospects.

During the consultation of the Site or the access to the on-line services of SAFENGY, the User can be requested to communicate voluntarily certain personal data (name, first name, company, e-mail, telephone number, identifiers). The collection forms present on the Site specify in particular the purpose, the recipients, the duration of conservation and the obligatory or optional character of the data requested by an asterisk.

The personal data collected and processed on the Site are protected by appropriate technical and organisational measures in order to guarantee a level of security appropriate to the risk.

The User of the Site is informed that he/she has the right to access, rectify, delete, limit, portability (where applicable) and oppose the data concerning him/her. The User may exercise these rights by contacting the SAFENGY DPO department at contact@consultant-dpo.fr

The User also has the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

The Users of the Site are required to respect the provisions of the Data Protection Act and the RGPD, in particular by refraining from any collection or misuse of personal data to which they have access.
